Our Process
At Magnolia Decor, every wedding we design is entirely bespoke. Our process ensures a seamless experience from the first consultation to the final installation.
We begin with a design consultation to learn about your vision, venue, and the atmosphere you want to create. Following this meeting, you will receive a preliminary investment guide based on your event requirements.
Schedule a consultation →A design retainer initiates the planning phase, allowing us to develop your custom concept, create tailored moodboards, select materials and florals, and plan the overall spatial layout. This retainer is applied toward your final investment.
Once your design is approved, a 50% deposit secures your date. We then begin production of custom elements, logistics coordination, and venue preparation — finalising every detail before your event.
Approximately 4–6 weeks before your event, we meet to review the final layout, styling details, and full timeline — ensuring everything is perfectly aligned.
Our team handles complete installation, styling, and removal. You arrive to a transformed space — exactly as planned — and enjoy your day without a single logistical concern.
We take on a limited number of events each season to ensure every client receives our full attention and highest level of design.
